The breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes — anyone could find something they liked. The best part was the oven where you could bake your own bread and enjoy it warm. The location was very close to the center of Prato, and in just 15 minutes by train, you could be in Florence. The view of the river was quite interesting.

The hotel is very accessible to almost all transportation. The sound of the river cascading is so relaxing. They even gave me parking permit through out my entire stay. They are very good in reminding you about the street cleaning so your car doesn't get towed. The staff are very helpful l, and cheerful. From front desk, to breakfast wait staff to housekeeping. Love the buffet breakfast too.

Very nice hotel enterior, and the stunning view from the hotel room on the fifth floor. You can literaly hear the sound of river. The hotel stuff is very pleasent and helpful for any tip needed. The breakfast is great. You have parking in front of the hotel. Location is also great, you are just few minutes walk from the city centar. Prato is beatuful town and very chearfull and live during the day and night.

The friendliness of the staff from the reception to the cleaners who are very helpful. The location is great to the Prato Centrale station, and an easy stroll into the historic center of Prato where many of the cafes and restaurants are. The artwork around the foyer and lounge area is a delight.

Perfect location, just outside the wall, but excellent access to train station. Great room, clean and light with a perfect view over the river and views of the hills make for a terrific sunrise. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of offerings and the staff welcoming and highly professional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat as you can access Florence and surrounding areas with ease. Prato has much on offer including superb restaurants, bars and shops. The textile museum and the Pecci museum are very much worth the visit.

Very good location between the train station and the walled city centre Breakfast is very good, not only typical Italian but really everything and good taste Staff was very nice and attentive (I have to mention the cleaning lady who was responsible for my room, she is extra super person)

Nice location to visit Tuscany from with car, close to center Prato. Close to the station, perfect to visit Firenze. Good breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff.

Walking distance to the central station and to the city center, with nice restaurants nearby. Free parking available and pet friendly, our dogs were very welcome there. The hotel lobby looks beautiful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. It took has about 30 min to get to Florence, by public transportation, and cost less than 4€ per person.

I had a pleasant stay at Art Hotel Milano. The location is convenient and close to central attractions, which made getting around easy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage after checkout. Overall, everything was great!
